Florian Protective Services provides plan reviews for all fire protection and life safety systems. At Florian Protective Services we review to NFPA, IBC and IFC codes, and the authority having jurisdictions adopted codes and ordinances. We include all parties involved in the process and encourage anyone with questions to contact Florian Protective Services. At Florian Protective Services we strive to have a turnaround of 10 business days with submittals and a 5 business day return of resubmittals. Depending on how the fees are setup there is commonly no fee for resubmittals.

Florian Protective Services provides code analysis for anyone having questions pertaining to Fire Codes or in general Fire Protection Systems. This can include builders, and architects to help in the guidance of what will be required per code for their upcoming projects. Florian Protective Services will do the research for the jurisdiction that it pertains to and provide a detailed analysis of what will be needed.

Florian Protective Services provides compliance inspections of new and existing fire protection systems for fire departments and municipalities. Florian Protective Services will provide code compliant inspections, annual fire safety inspections, and fire hydrant flow tests. Florian Protective Services does not perform annual certificate acceptance/testing inspections for fire alarm or fire sprinkler companies. Florian only performs inspections for municipalities  to ensure a system has been installed and tested properly by a licensed fire alarm/sprinkler company. 

Florian Protective Services provides 3rd party Fire Alarm Design for submittal. The plans that we design comply with NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm Code, and any other additional codes that have been adopted by the AHJ.

Florian Protective Services can perform onsite surveys of existing buildings and produce ACAD drawings from the survey to be used for submittal.

When the design is complete we can prepare a complete submittal package that can be given to fire alarm contractors for bidding purposes, or for submittal to the AHJ if your company is a licensed fire alarm company.

Florian Protective Services provides 3rd party Fire Sprinkler Design for submittal. The plans that we design comply with NFPA 13 Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems, and any other additional codes that have been adopted by the AHJ.

Florian Protective Services uses AutoSPRINK program for design and hydraulic calculations. Onsite surveys of existing buildings can be performed and reproduced in ACAD.

When the design is complete we can prepare a complete submittal package that can be given to fire alarm contractors for bidding purposes. or for submittal to the AHJ.
